- We should GIVE a 90% discount on these hybrid egg cars to all registered democrats! I'd register as a democrat just to get a new, cheap, hybrid/EV. After whatever period required, I'd register back as unaffiliated.

- You're suggesting that the credit should only be for the poor? Did you forget that Hummer's also got a tax credit when they came out? Hell, EV's are getting shafted on the tax credit deal compared to them -- SUVs got up to a $38,000 credit.
